"After my son telling me how good this sharpener was I ordered one myself to use on my Joseph Joseph Knives. I was shocked that there was a problem with it and it was damaging my knives instead of sharpening them. Biggest waste of money, as I’m now left with it as it’s no use it anyone!"

"Never delivered, no response to contact form. No telephone number to chase. They use Evri which says awaited, but their system says delivered. No way to resolve. Claimed on credit card. Non existent customer service."
