Ce balai vaporisateur est doté d'une bouteille intégrée, d'une tête rotative pour accéder à tous les recoins et d'un tampon en microfibre amovible, permettant de nettoyer les sols sans effort. Retournez la tête pour un nettoyage ponctuel et rangez le balai sur le support mural inclus.

  • D'un simple appui, la gâchette pulvérise de l'eau ou une solution de nettoyage sur le sol devant la tête du balai ; pas besoin de seau.
  • Tampon à récurer pour les taches tenaces.
    Tête articulée avec tampon en microfibre lavable en machine.
  • Support de rangement mural.
  • Convient au nettoyage de tous les types de sols durs.

Caractéristiques

Entretien et utilisation :

  • Tête et poignée : essuyez avec un chiffon humide.
  • Tampon en microfibre : lavable à la machine, voir étiquette d'entretien.
  • Attention : ne remplissez pas la bouteille avec de l'eau bouillante ou de l'eau de Javel. Toute solution de nettoyage concentrée doit être diluée selon les instructions du fabricant pour éviter d'endommager le balai ou la surface du sol.
  • Lorsque vous utilisez le tampon à récurer, veillez à ne pas endommager la surface du sol. Nous vous recommandons de tester sur une zone discrète avant utilisation.
  • Faites preuve de prudence lorsque vous nettoyez les sols clairs et en bois.
  • Lorsque le balai n'est pas utilisé, ne stockez pas d'eau ou de solution de nettoyage dans la bouteille.

"Great product so far, nice handle, sprays and cleans well. After ordering it was a long time coming and was damaged in transit, customer service were very good and ordered a replacement which didn’t arrive, they were honest enough to tell me it hadn’t been ordered so they ordered it, it arrived shortly after in good order but all in all it took just under a month to arrive, not great! However the quality as you would expect is good so it wouldn’t put me off ordering again"

Trigger broke in less than 5mins

"Mop just arrived, naturally I went to clean and try it out. First few actions of the trigger were fine but after a few pulls, the trigger now sticks and I have to manually push/pull into place. Despite this failure, product seems nice and I'll hold onto it for the time being, despite the manual inconvenience."

Replacement

"Bought mine June 2025 but sadly went to use it yesterday 21/7/26 and the spray function no longer worked , contacted Customer service sent them a short video upon request and they sent a replacement unit , very good customer service , hopefully this one will last longer , not sure why it just stopped maybe a design flaw ? I’d bought mine when they first launched ."

A great mop with a short lifespan

"I love this mop, it’s perfect for cleaning our wooden floors and exactly what we needed, and when working it’s excellent. However, since first buying it in November 2025, we’ve had to have it replaced twice for the same failure. After around 4 months of use, the trigger on the handle stops returning to its normal position, meaning that the spray doesn’t work effectively anymore. Joseph Joseph have been very responsive, replacing the mop after each failure, but with the same failure on two mops, It seems that the design is fatally flawed. The warranty is only valid from the first purchase date, so I’m resigned to reaching the point where I won’t get a replacement and will have to look for an alternative, which is a real shame."
