"Une poubelle de tri à 200 euros. Et cette pièce en plastique qui s’est cassé à la première manipulation. Tiens, elle fait partie des rares pièces de rechange vendues sur le site. Obligé de l’acheter alors que j’estime qu’elle devrait être remplacée gratuitement. Sinon, concevez une pièce qui ne se casse pas ! Ce n’est pas normal quand on vend des articles à ce prix là."
Unintelligent design, poorly executed
"This arrived in a padded envelope with both plastic hinges snapped off. It was in a worse state than the one I was replacing that only had the one hinge broken. It is cheaply made out of poor quality, flimsy plastic. Shameful for a company that prizes itself for intelligent design. They have made cuts in materials and production and cannot recommend this brand less."

"I queried whether this was the correct part when I placed the order but had no reply. I returned it as soon as I opened the delivery as I realised immediately it was unsuitable. I had acknowledgment that the returned part had reached you but I’ve had no refund. I queried the lack of refund and again had no reply. Unsurprisingly I am not impressed."
