"J' ai commandé cet article le 26 novembre et nous sommes le 14 décembre et je n' ai toujours pas mon colis. Mais le pire est qu' après de nombreux mails auprès du service clientèle je n' ai eu que des réponses erronées parl I IA. seul hier un conseiller me propose seulement de recommander ou de détenir un avoir car il semblerait que le colis est perdu!. Le service aux clients est donc déplorable et voilà comment on traite les clients de nos jours!"
