Great idea, not strong enough. . .
"This is a really neat and effective idea for a garlic press. We bought one in JLP a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the plastic moulding which surrounds the cutting area is not man enough and has already cracked. We have subsequently bought a similar one made all from stainless steel. Perfect. . . !"
