"The colour of the cream mill is inconsistent and more yellow than the rest of the set. I have requested a refund or replacement three times and not heard a reply. Terrible customer service so far."

"The dark grinder in this set turned up broken and despite four emails to the customer service team no one has been in touch about how I can exchange and replace the broken grinder. I bought in the sale and it’s no longer in the sale so returning the whole set and purchasing again is not an option. Terrible customer service. I have bought a lot from Joseph Joseph over the years and have been lucky it appears never to have needed to contact them before. Really disappointed."

"Shockingly poor, salt mill top half was yellow, bottom half, white as is should be, pepper mill, cap at the bottom kept falling out, the bowl that was with the set, I’m not able to make a comment on that, due to me not even taking it out of the box, after seeing the poor salt & pepper mills"
