"Very disappointed I just can’t get the popcorn to pop. I’ve tried different amount of corn, bought a new bag of piping corn,adding more time and even had the engineers out to check my 900w microwave is working properly - it is. I can’t believe a Joseph Joseph product can be so useless. I’ve emailed customer services for help and they haven’t even got back to me. Just want to return it now"
