"So these knives are sharp and easy to resharpen but as others have said the coating comes of no matter how careful you are. I’ve had two sets and the same thing happened with both. I wasn’t bothered before but now concerned about what the coating is made of that’s getting into our food"

Great knife set!
"I’ve had these knives for almost 5 years with daily use & they are still doing great! The coating has not come off at all! Perhaps those that bought from Costco & left a poor review got an in-genuine product or did not hand wash the knifes? We don’t put ours in the dishwasher."
