Doesn’t open cans

"This is quite possibly the worst can opener I’ve ever used. It quite literally doesn’t open cans. Maybe I received a faulty one but I don’t think it opened a single can properly. I did contact Joseph Joseph but as it wasn’t purchased directly from them and I have no receipt I was left unhelped. I use a lot of JJ kitchen equipment and this is the only failed item but the after sales service has put me off the brand."
